Darwin LESCANO is the suspect in a murder investigation. It is believed he uses both on-line and street level sex workers. Darwin also uses the name of “Anthony” or “Tony” when introduced and is described as a Philippino male, 38 years, 5’6, 140 lbs.

PLEASE WARN WOMEN TO STAY AWAY FROM LESCANO AND NOT GO WITH HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Update:

RICHMOND (NEWS 1130) – Homicide investigators say they’ve arrested a man accused of killing his mother in Richmond last month.

Darwin Lescano, 38, was the subject of a public warning from officers.]

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says Vancouver Police made the arrest.

He’s now been charged with second-degree murder in the death of his mother, 62-year-old Redelma Belisario.

Family members found her body at a home on Woodhead Road on May 19th.
