DARPA is The Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency aka the US DoD's research group used to counter cyber attacks and the like. During the 60 Minutes program on Sunday, it was shown that a tracking software developed by DARPA is now being used for tracking Human Trafficking, Illegal Arms trade and the Drug Trade.
