I'll bite this one time.
You're on a message board for guys who sleep with prostitutes yet you feel the HIV argument is "lame"...alrighty then.

You do realize that condoms aren't 100% effective right?

Moron.
Ok, Hot Rod

Let's say that you're getting hot and heavy with a girl you just met and are about ready to do the deed. Unfortunately, you neglected to bring any protection with you.

At this point the girl admits that she is HIV positive.

You decide that maybe the two of you should just stop before going any further. To which the girl replies "But, Hot Rod, you're circumcised. Your risk of contracting HIV from me has been reduced by over 60%! Just hop aboard big guy!"

So would you still go ahead and shag her rotten?

I didn't think so.

Idiot. :)

What would I do...

honestly...

I'd flip her over and bang her up the crapper.

Dear Mr. Rodney

Think you rock... but babe.... need to retract that statement... ANAL SEX is the most DANGEROUS way to contract HIV....

Tears/blood transmission are far more likely

.....

HIV/AIDS

The high concentration of white blood cells around the rectum, together with the risk of cuts to the rectum and that one of the functions of the rectum is to absorb fluid, increases the risk of HIV transmission because the HIV retrovirus reproduces within the immune system's T-cells/CD4 cells. Use of condoms and other precautions are a medically recommended way to lessen risk of infections. Unprotected receptive anal sex is the most risky sexual behavior in terms of HIV transmission.[31][32][33]

The key word in your post is "receptive".

In our little asnboi's hypothetical scenario I was making a deposit not a withdrawal.

My chances of contracting HIV from doing a positive chick up the pooper are next to none.

So you had it done as an adult? I always wanted to talk to one of you guys! I have so many questions;
Yes - I'm in my mid 20's and had the operation done about 6 months ago now.

Did they give you a local anesthetic?
It was general anesthetic and local through the dorsal nerve block. It looked like my cock was used as a pinata for 80 year olds with bad vision. Swollen and heavy bruising on my cock and balls. This went away after about 10 days.

Did you watch the procedure?
Obviously not :)

Did it hurt very much afterwards?
No. As bad as it looked initially it was really quite painless. I still have a full bottle of T3's which I never needed. The only pain I endured were the stitches themselves if they caught on anything. That's why they get you to wear loose fitting clothing for a few days. As soon as the stitches were gone about 8 days later, the only thing to get used to was a now 100% exposed glans !

Did it take time for your knob to toughen up and stop being all wet and veiny looking?
Yah this was the only downside to the operation - the recovery period and downtime. The inner foreskin takes time to create new lymph connectors and during which time the area can swell up. I was lucky in the sense the swelling was very minor and within I'd say about 8-9 weeks I was back to full potential. For some guys it takes a full 6 months... and the swelling is expansive and gross.

Why did you do it? What was your motivation?
I was like many of my uncut colleagues - for the longest time I was against it, but mostly out of sheer ignorance than about the 'barbaric' nature of it. But when I started to develop slight phimosis (my foreskin would retract and stay retracted unless I was flacid), I decided to get it done - because if not treated it can turn into a whole slew of other problems.

Seriously, I've been a big advocate for circumcision forever and I just hate the argument of "sex is better uncut" because it's bullshit. How do they know...but you my friend know the truth.
Exactly - it is bullshit. It feels better cut and that's all there is to it.

You left out the question I was most curious about...what did you do with the foreskin afterwards? I definitely would have had preserved in a jar so I could display it at work or home. Just imagine what a great conversation piece that would be!

Your Boss - "Say Peter, what's this on top of the Miller file? A new paper weight?"

You - "No sir, that's the end of my cock. Remember when I took last week off because my grandpa died, the truth is I was getting circumcised!"

Your Boss - "Excellent...you get a raise!"

You really have no understanding of how HIV is spread do you.

Pick up pamphlet for christ sake.
I think you should take your own advice.
The key word in your post is "receptive".

You may be witty, Hot Rod; but you must not be very intelligent if you think that your risk of contracting HIV is next to none simply because you're the pitcher.

Q: Can I get HIV from anal sex?
CDC said:
Yes. In fact, unprotected (without a condom) anal sex (intercourse) is considered to be very risky behavior. It is possible for either sex partner to become infected with HIV during anal sex. HIV can be found in the blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, or vaginal fluid of a person infected with the virus. In general, the person receiving the semen is at greater risk of getting HIV because the lining of the rectum is thin and may allow the virus to enter the body during anal sex. However, a person who inserts his penis into an infected partner also is at risk because HIV can enter through the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis) or through small cuts, abrasions, or open sores on the penis.

Well the thread is about cut or uncut. I have never had an issue being an uncut man. Alot of this is preference, however medical studies should always be looked at regarding potential of std/hiv transmission regardless.

Whether you get cut as a choice later in life or have a medical issue needing the procedure. It is all to each their own. Some women/men like cut, some like uncut.

It should not matter and to those who make it out to be one way is better than the other. You are entitled to your opinions and facts. Lets just enjoy who we are, the bodies we have, make sound choices about our bodies and remember to wash regularly

Men when you are seeing a woman/provider put the extra effort in to making yourself as presentable and clean as possible so you can enjoy the great experiences of sex without having bad feelings.

Sorry aznboi, I didn't realize you had sores on your penis.

In that case don't have anal sex with someone who is HIV positive.
Thanks for your concern, Cock Rodney. I hope that someday, they'll be able to fix penises that don't have urethras. Life must be very difficult for you; on the other hand, I imagine you would make a great case study.
