I cannot even believe I have brain cells assigned to remember this, but I actually do know who the first PERB member was (there was a thread on this a long time ago). The address you get when you hover the mouse over a users name will show you what their user number is. Users 1 and 2 are perbadmin and fred zed. As mentioned already, #3 is the first user: a nonny mouse.
