Curious Trend - Thoughts?

I know I am relatively new to active participating in PERB though I did participate a lot in Forums when I lived in Montreal. I have noticed a trend that I find curious here - seemingly way more than 1/2 of the TOFTT (a term that I am just learning) and some of the more glowing reviews of otherwise non-reviewed women are coming from people with less than 10 overall posts who either registered seemingly in the past week or have had an account for up to ten years and just started posting in the last week just to tell us that someone who just started advertising is best SP in history of planet.

My own thoughts are this curious trend actually does a huge disservice to the women being "reviewed" as my own gut reaction is that it is all fake. I know that is harsh, unfair and likely incorrect in at least one or two cases but it is my honest reaction. I am curious what others feel about this trend.

but like you, i am very curious about the long time members that just start posting about a new escort... this means that some pimps are LONG term planners - an attribute not commonly ascribed to that group of business-persons

Could not disagree more. If a bunch of reviewers who have track records all agree on someone having great, consistent and engaged service as advertised with real pictures etc. then it would seemingly be a business home run.

For sure. But I've actually been told on a few occasions that someone wouldn't review me because they don't want my rates/availability to change, you know?

I have also heard rumour that some women pay or have agreements that allow them to not have reviews posted on some boards (hopefully not Perb). I can see how it can work both ways but sad truth is, the present simply protects the scammers versus the legitimate service givers and results in more and more guys being ripped off which will, in turn, reduce their enthusiasm for trying it again which will also hurt business. Seems to me the legitimate ladies would be as interested in stopping the scams, shills and similar as the guys. Right?

There seemed to be a habit by some long time users to make multiple handles. And leave them for me to for a rainy day
Then post something on them that they would not post using their regular handle
In the case of reviewing a new girl some times it shilling. Other times they want to say something

Who knows. If they could tamper with the appearance, service and attitude of themselves (or who they are shilling) that would be much preferred. As it is, you get people who look nothing like the advert pic, people who have no interest in providing you a service and people who are fully aware of how to pull off a scam including threats and worse.

As an old timer I gave up posting reviews. No matter what you post you get shit on. If you give a good review the guys on hear hit you as a schrill or tell you don't do that her rates will go up. If you give a poorer review the SP gets her nose out of joint and I am a jerk. How dare I say that with big drama. It just does not pay to do reviews. I now feel sharing experience is of more interest to the player on her as well as newbies.

Some SPs will not see me because of my reviews. So my experience damned if you do damned if you don't. Look at all the drama with the Billionaress, and Pam Lee. Don't need that shit.

So that is my point but I know some people will have issue with this.

A lot of the guys who contribute to the site are no longer active. Mostly due to a lot of crap people give on the reviews.

Some I think migrated to a new site. Personally I just don't got the time to put up with B&S anymore and waste my money.

It is sad, because it's always the regulars who let the guys know who is actually worth seeing in this city, but people think they upscale too much.

This is actually why I don't post reviews. I would certainly post a warning about someone, but if I had a good time with someone, I don't want to 'grade' her. If I am being honest, it may come across as harsh if I give her a 8 in a category instead of a 10. Seems weird to me.

My reviews, in my head, are literally one sentence: "She's fun".

Yeah, I haven't seen or tried anyone in a while. Even if I were to try someone I'd pm one of the regulars and see if they know of anything worth trying

Not common yes, but not rare either. I know of a long time (almost ancient, most definitely old school) pimp who, 15 years ago, was looking to the school girls as the "next batch". Funny how he got his Master's in psychology when he was just a young pup.

There's no incentive to review a fave is there? If you get popular, he will have trouble booking you, and if he does you'll be too tired to service him or he won't find you as attractive because you've been servicing too many guys, or your rates will increase to capitalize on the increased popularity - but he pays the increased rate too, or your rates increase to keep your volume low but he then is piled among the men with whom you keep the volume low because he won't be able to afford the rate increase...

It's really simple! Get a good review, freeze his rates (or reduce them) and always favor him over new clients. That's what all escorts should do for the loyal client.

Of course, there is one other newer trend occurring that might be causing former lurkers to post the occasional review - and that hasn't been mentioned yet: references. There are an increasing number of ladies who will not see someone unless you either "have a reference or have a website handle that has posted actual reviews" (and sometimes then PM them on said website using that handle).

So if you want to see certain ladies, then you have a choice: see some other lady first and get her to agree to give you a reference if asked, or start posting a few reviews...
