Curious question about Locations for agencies

Not looking for specific details but was curious as I have not yet been to many agency SP's.
Are most in condos or are there still those, whether in Richmond or Surrey, that use houses?

AF I hear is condos, as is Coco. PDC..
What about XDS,NO69,COS etc etc

just like to know before going to book for the first time..

I meant as in regards to condos for services (at least who I have seen)
