Does anyone know why on Craigs list sometimes your posts don’t show? When I click in my account it shows my posts as active but yet they do not appear in the sections where I posted. You can tell if they have been flagged or deleted by author etc. If I try and post it again it says you have already submitted that post try again. The help list is no help as it says posts take 15 mins to show but my posts never come up anymore and yet they used to. I haven’t done anything different and am not breaking any rules that I know of. Does anyone know what is going on? Have you experienced this before?

Easy way to check: use a different browser (eg Firefox or Chrome) and don't log in to your account but browse or search for your ad.
Also try to search the ad via google and see if it finds it. If you see it in google search results but CL doesn't show it it may be flagged.

I have checked from other computers and IP’s and my posts in the erotic section do not show but any other section I post in show yet they all say they are active but aren’t. It was seeming so crazy! I always change my wording but I have found others flag my ads and then copy my ads but put their phone number. I have done all the things suggested in the articles you provided except I can only get 2 accounts because you have to do a phone authorization for Craigslist posts in the erotic section and I only have my cell and home phone. Unless I start using friends phones and pay phones but then I would have to have my computer right there. They put one of my accounts on hold and now the 2nd is ghosting my posts only in the erotic section. I guess my Craigslist days are over. This is probably happening to others too.

I think everyone should be up in arms about those govt people speaking for everyone, trying to get it shut down, whether you use it or not, it will be step one towards shutting down all online ad sites that do not have an age or citizenship verification process in place. Payment by CC isn't proof of age, fwiw, and the under 18 and sex slave trafficking is the "reason" these guys are targeting CL. So, what's next?
You can keep silent, or you can add your voices to that one single letter from a politician, and inundate CL admin with protests, not to mention protest letters to your local mps, etc, for attempting to prevent sps from legally advertising their legal services.

For the OP, stop using the account that is ghosting your ads for a while. Delete ALL of your older ads (except one or two) as soon as possible, leave it alone for a minimum of 48 hours, then try again. If you keep too many older ads, then repost the same or similar info, it assumes you are spamming and tries to limit your ads. Definitely delete the ghosted ads asap.
I hate CL. I use it sometimes to advertise, but it`s frustrating to find wording that is allowable.
It`s so finicky, people over-post anyway, it`s easy to get your phone number banned, bitches flag your ad, etc.
I wouldn`t be sad if it was gone and everyone had to pay to advertise on sites such as this one. It might help weed out those who don`t want accountability in the industry, for whatever various reasons.
However, I agree with PT that censorship isn`t a great precedent to set for erotic advertising.
