Presumably you mean a service similar to that at: http://vancouver.listpic.com/ Although it still produces a page of 'thumb nails' for most of the Craigslist categories such as 'cars for sale', the author (one of our Southern Cousins;-) has decided to not parse and include the Craigslist personal category. I don't know if this was forced on him, or if it was personal choice however.
A quick browse through the mozilla add ons page doesn't show anything similar to what you visualize.
I'm assuming that when you open a Craigslist page of listings you want a script to run that goes through the list of ads, makes an array of all those with pic indicating the ad includes a picture, and then automatically follows those links, grabs the pic contained in each one and finally displays all the pics contained in ads in that category?
I'm not familiar with writing mozilla add ons, (to run in the browser), but it looks like a fairly doable task using, say, php on the server side, where cUrl could grab the contents of the craigslist page, a regex could iterate through the ads, grab the links containing pics and then cUrl grabs each one, finally building a new page that it sends to your browser for you to view all categorie's pictures in a single page.
If anyone here is into this sort of stuff, it is called "Page Scraping'. Michael Schrenk wrote a great book on doing this, using php and the cUrl library , called ' Webbots, spiders, and screen scrapers' (No Starch press) Take a look at: http://nostarch.com/webbots.htm
If I get time this week I might even try and lash up a Craigslist page scraper myself...

Here you go, this firefox extension grabs pics associated with ads and shows them below the ad's text... Works fine on Van and Whistler Services pages..
