Craigslist... a small rant.

Are there actually any ladies out there advertising on craigslist who are actually
who they appear to be.

I was all geared up to contact this one lady, Jenna at 1776, only to read on the other board that she is not what you think. Pictures not real.

I am finding this all too often. I notice that some disappear pretty quick
when they get outted so to speak.

I am looking for young spinners much like the pictures this girl has posted.
I suppose one must stick to the tried and true.

It really does pay off to do your research before setting something up.
Thank you to all the guys out there taking one for us.

I wish these girls would realize that they cannot get away with it for very long.
I hope you all post reviews of all the bad experiences you have so this practice will end.

Just a case of buyer beware.

Yes. Not a lot of them but there are still some out there.

My cousin has been with like 10 of them on CL, never did any research, never read any reviews, never went on perb or anything like that and he never got ripped off.

My first time... being young and dumb never thought about the bullshit that goes on CL. Booked an hr with Victoria... the one on Nanaimo and Hastings... the one with the round big ass leaned agasint the stripper pole... glad she didn't answer her phone when I got there though because she ended up being a scammer - someone stated that. After I tried to get a hold of her because at the time I thought she was legit, even called numerous times I decided ah fuck it. Called up SP number 2 on my list - Misty... well first time thing came to a long time thing. After all that, here I am. Never regret it eaither.

I know when I look through the adds, its hard to tell which are real or not. I know mine are But as for any others...

its really hit and miss

There are many things to look for:

A well written ad, with a good presentation. Pics are less important than the impression the ad itself gives you. Did they take time & effort to present themselves professionally, do they sound like they know what they are talking about, do they give you relevant not graphic information, a phone number or contact info (like telling you about a website), a name.

Remember very few of the ladies in red here do not use CL. Almost every one has used it at some time, or uses it regularly. Free is free; she'd have to be super busy as she is in order to pass up free advertising.


Avoid:
ALL CAPS, rates far lower than standard, one sentence ad, no name, no location, tells you how hot they are, bad spelling and/or grammar (if they aren't asian, then they are too lazy to spell check. Therefore too lazy to see, IMO). Ads posted between midnight and 5 AM.

Use the search:
Search the phone number on CL. Find out how many other sps are under the same number and suddenly those indys are actually agencies. If not, you might see several name changes for the same sp. There is never a good reason for a name change.

Just walk away!

Just walk away, I know it is hard to do when your are raging but just walk away, I used to try tagging my photos (Putting the date they were taken on a piece of paper beside or written on my body) but it didn’t seem to matter so I just don’t bother. Best advice is to walk away when you get the stupid bait n switch or she is not what you like, be respectful and honest, you might have wasted your time but at least you saved some $$ and can give it to a girl who really deserves it and will actually enjoy your time, there are tons of ladies in "RED" who are very well reviewed and highly recommended.

I have advertised on Craigslist. I have not advertised there for quite a while, but I would again. Quite a few of the regulars I have, have been from CL. I have met a lot of wonderful men on CL. The only reason I don't advertise there all the time is:

1. You have to put your ad up every day.
2. There are a lot of bargain hunters, I got tired of weeding through them, lol
