Craigs Ad - Bad Number

There was an ad on craigs and i phoned it up and a guy answers. I guess someone either placed his number there on purpose or got the number wrong. Anyways, the guy who answers was pissed and wanted to know where i got his number from and what CL ad im referring to. He is threatening me to go to the cops if i dont answer him. Is there anything that can happen if he reports this?
