Lube the inside.

You are used to lubing the outside, but some people even put a little bit of lube at the very top inside as well.
But don't do it on the bottom inside, otherwise you will end up with baggy condom.

If you braid your hair, the pull will be equalized over multiple strands, and should relieve the stress on the individual ones. Leave the braids in, but wash your genital area at least once every three months, or dreadlocks will begin to form, and these can harbour ant farms.

I shave too, be careful, use a good razor (three blades, movable head) and be carful. The nicks bleed something fearce.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think shaving is out of the question, it's the ingrown hairs and itchy stubble that bother me.

I am the epitome of Asian so getting a smaller condom is impossible and the only thing I can think of is the finger condoms in first-aid kits.

From the sounds of it, mowing the lawn may be the best way.
