Cost of BBC FS

I was thinking of going to the bbc, but I was wondering if the 200dollar cost covers fs, or is that only for the room?

They also offer early bird, and late night special pricing which is 20 percent off the regular pricing (not sure if the extras are discounted during those times)

so for a non-gfe experience, it's only 160 all inclusive, I usually tip 20 as well.
