What I find most appalling here is the lack of ethics and accountability on these 2 civil servants. They would be the first to hold other people to high standards for public benefit; and yet behind the closed doors they don't follow the guidelines.... And they got away from that because they had no oversight..... (done by a committee of elected officials- who basicly probally have no clue what their workers bees do)
I suppose that after you watch politicians accuse each other of misconducts for political gain, while they hide their own imperfections; they immitated them.
Reminds of that Andrew Shrek guy from the conservatives, saying his election pitches in that grinning face, not knowing that when the conservatives win the election this fall, he will be on the opposite end of the roasting.....
