So after fighting with the wire mesh, the grinder won is speed and accuracy. Boarding today

We tried to give the mirrors away but they were glued on. So .... SMASHED was the end of their life.

I'm having the time of my life !! More to come ..............

Well, there’s some things about Van that piss me off (Hello unused Bike Lanes) but it’s much better than anywhere else I’ve ever lived. Just Frikken expensive is all.

Air conditioning sounds great, just let me know when I can pick up the keys.

i could build you something right in one of those bike lanes... should be pretty quiet

Thanks...lol. I just need to buy a new door, and make sure I put the handle on the new door right and get the new door on the hinges. Well I think that is all measure and make sure I get the same door. A womans work is never done.

Get a prehung door ONLY

When taking off the trim *casing* score the edges where the casing meets the wall so you dont take your wall finish with the casing. Pry off the casing gentle, there is no rush.

Cut the screws that hold the door into place, pop out the door frame.


Put new door frame in, shim it level, screw it in with 3" wood screws. When shimming it, make sure it's tight *like a virgin*

Screw the door into the shims, fill screw holes with paintable cocking or paster, sand to a nice finish, replace casing, paint

The bathroom was my week, who knew tiling would be so much work. The professionals make it look easy. But for my first time, I'm rather impressed.
