I have previously posted my likening of this hobby to dining out.

One most frequents the less expensive food-I can't-get at home joints, sometimes seeks out ethnic cuisines and/or yearns for something different or exotic, and from time to time saves up and/or splurges on a top tier experience.

All three (price) categories have there merits. Value is relative. We all have different tastes, standards and expectations.

Sometimes you want fast food, sometimes ethnic food, sometime fine dining.

Sometimes you wanna do the cooking, sometimes you wanna be served.

Sometimes it's just nice to be surprised.

Since I do pretty much all the cooking at home, it’s nice to get out from time to time!

Yet as any business traveler knows, after a while, eating out, for all its glories, can become tiresome.

Like much in life, the more one experiences, the more discerning one's palate becomes.

I remember reading that trying new foods is great for the brain because it stimulates and engages all the senses. Sex is like that too.

Geez … I thought I had a point here!

If anyone can find it, feel free to comment.

In the meantime, my stomache is growling; I'm going to lunch …

it's all good.
too bad there aren't many good indian restaurants in town.
oh wait, there are but i meant the analogy part... deficiency there.

hmmm. maybe that's why i generally like azn gals over euro gals... better food. but then i like spanish and italian. ok... that fits.

variety is the spice.

and whose sig was it that said:
let's fuck each other til we're all the same colour! ?

anyway, i like that sentiment but it goes too far.
then there'd be no variety.
hey me too erratta... i thought i had point somewhere here but oh what the hell... might as well hit 'post quick reply' anyway.
