The thing with the Roswell incident is where were the aliens from and how did they get here? The nearest solar planetary system is Alpha Centuari at a distance of approx 4.4 light years. To travel that far in a conventional space craft would take some 70,000 years, assuming it traveled at typical velocity of space craft launched into space from earth. To me the distance required to arrive at earth is insurmountable for aliens.

Which is why I wish to know the truth. I've heard at least 4 different theories, but would like the truth, whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Strangely enough in the last year or so a candidate goldilocks planet and a candidate signal have been reported from Proxima Centauri. If and that’s a big if, they were to be confirmed it would revolutionize present theories in astrophysics.

One of the folk singers I follow, Peter Mulvey, did a great gig called Vlad the Astrophysicist. Vlad tells the story of why we have not met the Aliens, probably as well as it could be told.

Yamashita’s gold is the story of gold looted from south East Asian countries occupied by Japan in WW2. It was supposedly hidden in the Philippines by general Yamashita who was hung after the war for his crimes. Story has it the gold was found by US forces and was subsequently used to finance US clandestine operations.

Malaysian airlines flight 370 ended up on the US base in Diego Garcia for reasons unknown.
