I just finished listen to 'dispatch' on CBC and the topic was the men of Congo and their new addiction to fashion.
They call themselves Le Sapeurs, and, although they live in ghettos they manage to make enough money to kit themselves out in the best of designer fashions with a Congolese spin.
Nice that they aren't out buying weapons anyway,
