Confusion at CF

One guy posted saying he was able to get BBBJ from Paris without having to pay extra, may be a YMMV thing (i.e. he was a favoured client), not sure. From what I've garnered from asking a few of the Foxes:
Most of the Fox girls don't seem to provide BBBJ. Some will do it if you pay extra, others will still refuse even if you offer an extra ten greens. Greek is always extra, some will refuse outright to do it. I actually talked to one girl a while ago about how annoyed she was by guys who kept trying to stick it up her butt without her noticing. Lol, how can someone not notice you trying to stick stuff up their ass?
GFE = kissing and (usually?) allows DATY.
Open-minded = not really so open-minded, basic FS. Don't expect DFK, LFK, DATY or digits. The name itself is pretty misleading, kinda makes you think the girl does PSE, but sadly, no.
