Concerned and Terrified innocent young man

Hello everyone, I am currently going through what is undoubtedly the most terrifying affair in my life!

Around 2 weeks ago, I spent a reasonable sum of money/price (250/hr) on what I thought was a clean upscale SP working out of a desirable part of West Vancouver who claimed she was 100% clean, had a professional looking website etc, and to my horror I am almost certain that I have contracted or caught some sort of STD. I have a painful cut/sore in the interior of my mouth and something resembling a cold sore on the exterior on and beside the corner of my lips and these frightful protruding bumps all over my tongue from unknown cause that were never there before, and a rash under my eye.
I am a genuinely good, honest healthy (well at least prior to this incident) and caring 22 year old guy who was raised in a good family with affectionate parents.

I just felt like having a night of emotionless lust with an attractive woman, but how foolish I was.

I had intercourse conscientiously making sure to wear a condom prior to entry, and don't seem to have noticed any penile symptoms (at least not yet that is) thank heavens! but my face is not looking well.

Basically my question is:

What would you recommend as the best sexual disease clinic for getting diagnosed/examined on the North Shore or if need be dt vancouver? according to your guys' experiences?

Just the full name of the place or any other info would be so deeply appreciated.

I am so stressed, and worried, tears rolling down my face as I write this, as most std's are incurable and I have fucked myself for life from this one stupid mistake where I even wore a condom. It must have been through bodily contact or rubbing because there is nothing on my penis (at least yet) and we didn't even kiss. As stated above, there are only symptoms apparent on my facial region.

Please help however you can, (preferably recommending the best center to get treatment/tested in North Van) or any moral support even. I'm so ashamed of myself; angry at myself and overwhelmingly terrified for my wellness and livelihood.

Health Nurse, is it possible to get something on or in your mouth when you didn't use it?

In your face

Hi fosho14

Sorry to hear about your situation, it seems like you are under a great deal of stress and fear at the moment.

I would suggest coming to one of the Vancouver STI clinics. Here is a link for information on the two clinics.

In terms of moral support I would like to say that it is common for us to see people at the clinic that develop bodily symptoms after having sex. Often these symptoms are not caused by an STI. Come in and see us at the clinic and we will be able to give you a good idea straight away.

Hi overdone

I don’t know the full sexual history in this situation so it is hard to say what has happened.

The most common STI that will cause sores are herpes and syphilis. Both of these would show up were the contact was made. If you got something on your mouth it would be from kissing, oral sex, rimming etc…

It is possible to have sores in the mouth from something like secondary syphilis without contact to the mouth but the time frame for this to happen would be longer than 2 weeks.
