As we can see on this chart the Sub Prime interest rate resets started in late 2008 and will run through 2010. We all know what the result of those resets were, just ask anyone who worked at Lehman Bros.:rolleyes:

The chart also has the schedule for Alt A and Option Arm interest rate resets on it. Resets start in late 2009 to 2012. The vacant space left by Macys, Circuit City and the downsizing of Starbucks will possibly produce the same result. Anyway, I am using this suckers rally to dump stock and hopefully it will continue for a while.
