There have been at least 4 times in the past 2 months that I was prepared (and tried) to help with rent, but just couldn't get ahold of her. Oh well, she's worth the effort!

Boys let me post my 2cents here, I too have tried to help lisa out with her rents but only if she is easy to get a hold off !

This is not to meant to be negative but if Lisa can make it easier for all of us espcesially with my busy shceudule then we can all be happy.

Dude, don't you think 25 times is a bit excessive? After a number of calls and a full voicemail box, you should have determined her to be a WOT and moved on to someone more, mmmm, let's say RELIABLE.

My experience is if you get her on the phone you will be able to line up something. If you get voicemail, likely not. It's not always full, so I may leave 1 message just to let her know I've been there........but then I move on. Lots of pussy in this town!

She's never called me back, and I've left my cell number with her several times. I just leave the message so that (if she ever listens to them), I'll get the regular client mileage (if I ever see her). Actually, I'm going to call her this morning........

Hi guys I'm sorry for the millionth time that I'm so hard to get ahold of. I swear I try to get to as many messages as I can, but it's so impossible sometimes. Seems like you guys all get horney at the same time!
And if you call me 25 times IN A ROW, It's the same as calling once, because if I'm in an appointment, it's usually an hour later (when the guy is gone) that I can turn the ringer back on & answer the phone. I'm glad you are excited to see me though but maybe give it a few mins between phone calls just so you are not wasting your time. I'm acepting twice as many appointments as usual so I can get a seperate "work apt" so try me now & you will get me if you call between 10-10 & leave a detailed message saying when you want to see me if I don't answer. If I don't get the message by the time you wanted then I probably won't call back thinking I missed you. I'm trying harder guys, I promise.
Oh and btw, "rent to pay" was more of an expression so they would hurry. I admit I'm slightly impatient I'm not that broke! Come on!
