What would you include on it?
I would start with some type of induced gravity. Like a cylinder that turns to produce artificial gravity.

A self-sustaining food source of some kind, hibernation pods that would let you sleep without ageing during the journey, multiple doctors and scientists of different types, livestock that could be tended to by robots while the crew slept, materials to build resilient structures for living once we landed.
