Never reached out but the xds handler has a very polar reputation
The girls look great though, might reach out this weekend
they have a few people that look after their bookings. the handler i have at the moment is great. she's always quick to respond and very understanding when i need to reschedule/cancel or in the odd time i decide to walk. i communicate with her via WeChat
