Loads of sps allow cof. (Pun intended)
For the safest bet an agency would be the place to go or find a trusted independent provider that has cof on the menu.
Heres a cof agency list. Each ladies extras menu can change at any moment (especially when this atomic bazooka comes through) so you better get there before I do. 💦 🌊

I saw it as an extra on Devyn's ad. Also many of the girls Amanda host offer it. Although one time I paid for it and the girl didn't let me pull out for it. Was happy to keep the money though. There was an instant language barrier when I brought it up. Lol
I have also had good luck being upfront and honest with SP's in the contact phase about what exactly I am looking for. Most will shoot you straight and are very accommodating in a lot of situations

I agree with that approach (being up front in early communications), but I've had mixed success with it particularly around COF, everything from a polite "Unfortunately no I don't offer that" to a "no! 😡" (yes with an angry emoji), to just no response at all (which may or may not be related to the request).
Also and extra that I like to pay for. Also why I go to VC, the ladies have very clear listings of their extras on the VC website and there are many of them that offer COF/COB/CIM.
