How many of your perbies are hitting up the clubs on Granville this weekend? I can't wait TBH as it always a great time when there's tons of drinks, ladies and loud pumpin' music to go around! Vancouver "clubs" have been bunk since 2003. 1999-2003 they were getting decent, then they nose dived. These days, I still go out "clubbing" on occasion... but those clubs are salsa or tango clubs. It's a very different scene, with a different focus... generally friendlier people and a better over all vibe.

I respectfully disagree. IMHO, I find that as long as you have charm, keep in good shape and have an outgoing personality then every night clubbing will be a success. Certainly times have changed from 10-15 years ago but that's why you have to adapt to what's in and what's not.

so, as long as you fit the physical ideals of the time, and have a near sociopathic ability to lie in order to get a girl to get into bed with you that night... then you're going to do fine?
