I've traveled all over the world for work and pleasure. I have to say, for the most part, Canadian and American men dress like bums.

I agree, even admit guilt myself
The guys Ford dressed up already looked like male models. He said it himself.
Could he make a ugly guy like me look good? That is a real challenge.

This is true.

The difference is even more stark in Eastern Europe where the ladies look like they're ready to walk the runway while the guys are in their Adidas track suits looking like they just got out of bed.

China isn't much better - was having dinner in one of Shanghai's premium restaurants and the male patrons were all wearing track pants. Overall, they have a really odd aesthetic.

Interesting videos about styles and trends.

If they made bigger sizes all the better.

The way they are dressing the men, thats pricy and just not realistic. Guys if you want great clothing, look up "AU noir" - get long sleeve,(dont go on the official website that's for companies only, all 3rd party sellers unless you live in montreal to walk down to the main store) its canadian and the shirts yes maybe 120-150$, certain locations can have them on sale for 50-70$

It is top quality and when women sees me in them they are always blown away by the quality and style!

Tuck it in (use the hold up suspenders, i forget the exact name but that way your shirt doesn't come out of your pants/jeans as you move, wear a nice pair of shoes, get your hair done so its not flat, if your balding go all bald! Bald is sexier than balding.

Do not wear much cologne p.s never wear CK obsession(You will smell like a grandpa), shower in something such as a philosphy brand $20 that smells amazing and put on a nice simple deodorant from Degree . (don't wear that axe BS) Simple smells are better.

Note, i'm not just saying these things i been doing it for years and always get complimented on when i'm out. If it's winter, search for knit wear tops! Women love to cuddle up with a guy who has comfy winter clothing. You go out, women will come up and want to touch it! (clothes)

I'm a Wranglers type of guy. I shine up when I have/want to, but you have to like me for what I am.

Tom Ford is an elite designer and his suits routinely run around US$5K each. That being said, you don't need to spend $5K. The takeaway: get a pro haircut, wear flattering colors and cuts. IMO, it'll probably do more for your confidence and sex appeal than an expensive car.

Vancouver has an awesome fashion scene, so many great stores and brands that people wear everyday.
Go to pacific centre on any given day and you’ll see people dressed much better then the dudes in this video lol

Honestly if you're willing to break off at least $2K for a suit spend a little more and bring a few back from China, Korea, etc.. Same quality, custom, and a fraction of the cost; plus you get a vacation to boot.

Gee idk...jeans and hoodie doesn't exactly scream fashion to me. We're a sloppy bunch in the west.

It's important to be able to handle both looks. Sharp and clean / rough and ruggged.
It's also important to remember one of my favourite quotes "Clean gloves hide dirty hands."
