There should be an agency that certifies gentlemen.

I'm thinkin reward miles :star:
Seriously, though. Why not? I mean, there is preferred411 and some similar services, but those are primarily American and it's a pain to get "certified".

I think this sort of service would be a good, revenue generating venture for LL or even perhaps Perb itself. I work in tech and I have experience starting companies, but I have no interest in getting involved directly with something like this. For that reason, I'll just share the idea here. If it's not new, or if it sucks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

What's the problem? When an SP books a new client, they expose themselves. There is a nontrivial amount of risk not only to their safety, but also to their time; SPs complain a lot about time-wasters. We as clients have this forum and other resources to minimize our time-waste, service-quality risks, but SPs can only rely on a limited amount of information.

There's a way to improve that situation. A trusted third-party, such as LL could verify clients. There would be 2 levels of verification, and an SP-controlled "karma" point system.

Level 1 involves a client having to pay a verification fee and engage in a short video-conference with a support agent of the third-party. During the call, the client displays a piece of ID and the support agent confirms their name and year of birth (+age). No personal information is recorded by the support agent. Nobody wants LL to leak a database of clients. The only information that gets recorded is the phone number, year of birth, and the fact that the client was verified.

Level 2 adds additional information to Level 1. It also requires the support agent to verify some reasonable piece of occupational information from the client, such as a public LinkedIn profile, a workplace online profile, or an email with a domain belonging to the workplace, etc. Again, none of this information gets recorded. Only the fact that the verification was performed gets recorded. It may make sense to record the client's ethnicity at level 2, since that's important to some SPs for social reasons e.g., they don't want to run into someone they know.

Karma is either given by an SP or not after a visit. It adds to the client's karma, but it does not subtract. If for whatever reason the SP had a negative experience with this client, they'd have the third-party arbitrage the situation and assess whether it's warranted to rescind the client's verification.

For all of this to work, the third-part would have to provide an app for the SPs to research a client's verification + karma.

I feel like this is the right balance of client privacy and SP confidence.

It's a good idea, but risky.
Since it's a video conference, there is no guarantee that the person on one end won't record the call.

Not F-ing likely I'm providing ID and personal information or video conferencing. If a girl isn't comfortable seeing me because not enough info has been provided than that's fine, no harm done. I don't blame her for sticking to her screening process and doing only what she feel comfortable with but I'm not exposing myself to unnecessary risk either.

How about something more anonymous. A screening platform where you provide your phone number you use for booking and it is saved in the database and when you see a sp you get them to confirm you saw them and they the appointment went well. The next time you see a new lady she can then search your number and it comes up with the previous appointments that went well. The ladies would have to create an account also and they would be vetted and would have to be someone that has been in the industry for a certain amount of time (and or member or perb) and have to register with their work number that would be confirmed by text.

I am thinking possibly a monetary contribution would have to be made to the sp to encourage them to take the time for submitting the referral to the site.

Just a thought.

Actually on further thought I don't think it would work. Not all ladies would put a good client in the database as being good not wanting him to go anywhere else.

Not everyone is ethical and honest unfortunately.

Thinking about that the guy would be able to see that his previous sp didn't post a referral and would question her why so might work after all. Only the registered owner of the number would be able to see the referrals posted to their number.

I'm not showing ID on a video conference.
There is no way to ensure that it isn't recorded and leaked.

When I lived in Seattle, the forum board itself filled this role.
The booking process usually went like this:
Find a lady that you would like to see.
Send her a text or an email saying you would like to see her and tell her your board handle.
Then send her a PM through the board to verify that you are the guy contacting her.
Now she knows who the person contacting her is on the board.
She can then look at that person's reviews and history.
Pooners would build their reputation and reviews on the board and used that as verification.
Providers would often respond to reviews saying things like "Thanks, I had a great time."
That would confirm the review as real.
After a guy has a few confirmed reviews, the booking / verification process is pretty quick and easy.

Trusted third parties?

Ask Canadian SP's who were on Eros and had given their real ID's for advertising.

Homeland Security raided Eros and took their servers. Now the SP's who attempt to go to the US are banned.

In this day and age, there are no trusted 3rd parties.

Whole heartedly agree and attest to the banned part. :ban::rant: Thank you Eros. The only 3rd party I trust now is during a mmf or a ffm lol

Such things exist. They are called gentleman's clubs. Most entry fees start at around 250,000 and up.
Some definitely do, but not all. I'm a member, or was a member (not sure haven't used the service in a long time) of one and there was no membership fee. Membership was by invite only and agency fees were paid by the girls, much like "chairs" are rented out to hairdressers or bartenders. The girls would book the nights they wanted to work. As with everything, there were problems with the system.

If you are a pooner, and trust anyone but yourself with your ID, or personal information, I do not feel sorry for you at all when it comes back to bite you in the ass. As an adult, use your damn brain, and make good choices. But should you choose to be foolish, blame only yourself when it goes bad. We are all adults here, and as such we, and we alone, are responsible for our own actions. Sending photos of your ID, or doling out too much personal information about yourself is a recipe for disaster.
You all know it, so why would you take that risk. If one SP says no to seeing you then, its her loss, not yours, go see another one. I'm not typically a paranoid person at all, but I still didn't use my real name signing up here, and don't have any plans to take pictures of my ID or credit cards, and text them to anyone, not even my best friend who I've known for over 20 years.
It is a bit like people who fall for those telephone or email scams. Maybe i am just a prick, but I don't feel bad for the people who get scammed by them, because just a hint of common sense used, and it is so damn obviously a scam. Who doesn't know if they owe money to say Revenue Canada, or whomever. We are adults, not 4 year olds, so we should all engage our brains and think logically, before we act.

I second that 100% (except maybe the best friend part), people don't think things through before they act.

Yes, a really good sense of humor. I laughed especially hard at the comment about trusted third party like LL. Who would trust LL? May as well park your car at the airport with the windows down, doors unlocked, keys in the ignition, your wallet left laying on the dash, and be sure to put a large note inside with your home address on it, and saying your going to be away on vacation for a month. That is likely just as safe as LL is.
Anyone this gullible, hey I'll sell you the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I own it, just send me $5,000,000 cash, I'll tell you where to drop it when we make the deal, and leave a copy of the ownership paperwork signed over to you of course at the cash drop spot.

Would you take 1 million for it, - 'cause I'd have to spend at least 4 million to brace it so it won't tip over.

And, instead of cash I would pay by certified cheque - certified by the National Bank of Nigeria.

And, as an enticement, I will throw in a paid 2 hour session with a great SP. She provides good service, except no LFK, DFK, BBBJ,
MSOG, no GREEK and COB or COF. She's a bit of a challenge when it comes to cowgirl - she weighs about 230 lbs. and stands 6'3".
That certainly qualifies as a great SP.
Let me know what you think, Correct.

Throw in a free steak and lobster dinner at the Keg, and you got yourself a deal.
