Let's Track the Alternatives
When Craigslist Erotic Section shut down in the US, most Advertisers moved over to
www.backpage.com. I just checked that Board now and there are very few ads. Hopefully, SP's will find it quickly. For those of us that prefer Outcall and are willing to "weed out" the "bad seeds" on Craigslist, it was the best source. For many SP's it was their only affordable advertising outlet. I know some SP's who are going to be in financial difficulty immediately.
For the next while, I suggest we use this thread to post any alternative advertising sources that any of us come across.
Hopefully, many of the SP's will migrate to PERB and CAF. Since these require membership, maybe the Regulators will leave the sites alone. Unfortunately, just like the action taken against Massage Parlours over the past two years, this is a bad omen and once again shows how Zealots can impact the Hobby and the income of the SP's.
