PERB is by far the most fair site when it comes to moderation.
As long as you have put in the reviews you can get away with a lot here. However if your a lurker/non reviewer the mods will come down on you much faster as you are not contributing.
As far as the Do No Review list, I think that's fine as any girl or studio on it, goes onto my Do No See list as it does for many of us, so that's a non issue.
As far as not posting links to any non paying advertisers, that's fine too, everyone can find a girl on CL when you search for her name+last 4 digits.
As far as the idiots who think paid advertisers are protected on this forum? well look at my sig.
