It is being used in Toronto, and I just can't remember who it was originally stolen from (I am pretty sure it is not of the Tiffany in this ad, btw lol since the less cropped version shows a blonde)

The picture is of Paris St. Claire. I've posted about her pic being stolen a couple of times on different forums. And I have not heard from her since emailing her to let her know that it has been showing up on CL.

Ok, thx, I am not sure who that is, just remember it being mentioned before. so either paris changed her name and moved to toronto, or yet another person found her pics to use.

I am going to believe the latter, since the hair colour is chopped out so it can be used lol
