Why?
Any particular reason you are looking a Calgary?
Rates are higher, LE scrutinizes the establishments more closely and I don't think there is nearly the range of desirable clientele that frequent the available establishments.
I've pretty much given up on MP's here in Calgary.
Still if you have a reason for coming down to cowtown, I'd look at Club Yelena, Carries VIP, Simplicity, maybe the Good Vibrations agency (which I know nothing about) and maybe consider the Indy scene.
I'd suggest maybe talking to indies like Lexi to find out the costs and concerns here in Calgary...

Ashley, we'd love it if you moved here. Is that why you ask? If so, you might want to talk to RaeAnn or Monique to ask them about their experiences getting set up here. I'd agree with everything said in the previous posts, though. This is a hick city with hick attitudes from city hall about the 'biz'. A few girls do make a good go of it here though, so don't be completely discouraged by our warnings. We just want to make you honestly aware of the situation. Good Vibrations and Kate's are the most high profile agencies. If you did join one of the established MPs or agencies, their business would certainly skyrocket! (like a sports team acquiring a marquee player ).
