I'm pretty sure that's just spam. I think she hits every city's craigslist in the hopes of getting guys to pay $30 for her pics.
There's way too much crap on CL, makes you feel like you're panning for gold.

Cindy has ads on a number of sites I've seen (Lava/AFF/Plentyoffish/CL). I think her goal is to get you hooked as a monthly subscriber. She keeps altering her handles, which I guess might be due to her ads being pulled, and she has to re-post.
