She sent a few real pics that look the one on this CL ad. Anyone have any experience with this girl? We have shared many e-mails and her rates come at 2.5 hour and 1.75 per 30 minutes...

But you seem to have her phone#. Why don't you call her and talk to her instead of exchanging dozens of e-mails.
I think yo can get a better feel for the situation by actually talking to her. You can always hang up if you feel like it.
