I have never seen her and normally I would't comment but I saw her working the street on Selkirk this evening. I thought it was strange to see her out there.
She is usually walking around Selkirk and McGregor, I have seen her in that area numerous times.
There is only one word for that, "SAD!
I always found her pictures intriguing
Does she live in that area or have her incall in that area??

I seen her a few times in the fall, a few times since the weathers been nice, and the last time I seen her was earlier in the week. I take this route home from work everyday.

I've seen her 3-4 times over the last 5 years maybe longer... in the beginning she was super cheerful, had a second very nice condo for meetups. Then there was a few year gap and she had changed a lot. Again another 2 year gap and was a completely different person, angry and paranoid... I felt terrible for her. There's more I could say but won't for her privacy.
I believe we avoid giving out addresses, buildings etc... so the women aren't stalked by the oh so many creeps out there. Working out on the street doesn't give you a location to find her at any given time unless she has set up a tent (I didn't notice one). There might be a business model in there somewhere... I saw her 2ish years ago, and I had a great time. Cute as hell. Her phone kept dinging and binging and she was distracted by it but I've been with WAY worse. She plays 100% safe, which is fine with me as that's what I prefer anyway.

Many here talk from experience.
As has been said many times, if you are young and attractive, you will probably have a decent time with her. While she has the tools to be a premium provider, she seems to lack the professionalism required to be universally well reviewed. If you are not her type, it goes from the hot date scenario, to a I'm doing you a favour pity fuck.
So, yes, she will get good reviews. Just not from unattractive clients.
