Negotiating "off the bat" means there is no dispute as to what is going to happen, or what the charge is going to be.

I prefer to set the price and services off the start.

Now, if you mean that she is wanting to charge you more than you usually pay or expect to pay, and you are upset by that, then you are free to leave then, not while you are on your back with junior sticking up in the air.

And if it was too much of a business like transaction for you, remember this is a business, and your are doing a transaction.

I guess it's a matter of "to each their own". While variety is the spice of life, I won't say no to a nice pair of bolt-ons as long as they match the frame...

I have had more than a few sessions with Chloe, and each time she makes me feel comfortable and welcome. The light-hearted chatter helps me relax as much as the tub and massage, something I find more common in the more mature attendants than the twenty-somethings. Less mechanical, more comfortable.
