A good tip is if an SP is not feeling it that session, take a 'sick day'; the client will understand. It's better for a client who expects an experience outside of daily life in this not-so-inexpensive hobby. It's better for an SP's reputation for repeat clients. Better for everyone.

Let me ask you, if you be honest, have you taken off from work always when you were not your best self?? I also use to think same, and might have said it in one of the thread, but reality is different, SPs dont get paid sick leaves.

Honestly, I'm client-centric so I don't prefer a lowered standard of service despite I care highly about a SPs wellness when I get to know them better and still a 'day off' is best for all. We're not in the industrial revolution. It is true - this is not an industry with EI, 5 days of paid sick leave as per the ESA, and an employment package with three weeks of paid vacation. That's the reality of the transaction and we know this as a client. If you consider the 'human' aspect of the transaction above quality of service, then that's the synonym of "reality" for this 'hobby' and that's against self-interest and the integrity of the business model.

When I recently went to work sick and was in a bad mood from it, I made another coworker get the flu and my task output was terrible, while trying to avoid speaking with clients. Wasn't good for business or client relationships or the perception of my organization. It's true, I get paid sick day off and took two, returning to work rejuvenated. Better for everyone.

Well, TBH you dont sound client centric at all which really means making connection with the client with most possible human way to carry out a transaction.
Quality of service is relative to the expectation and and your tone is "mechanical" or "pay to own" which only can happen with Robots. You cant just pay & order you still have to say with the word "please", specially in this industry as having sex even with buy & sell, its a game of connection amd chemistry.
Its not rocket science when we say sick leave means really sick with virus but mentally not up to the mark. Everyone specially SPs know that workinf being sick is a straight no.
You can take sick leave without presenting medical certificate, means mental health is also covered for you.

I went little off topic, of you want to have conversation further, lets talk on dms

you’ve seen her 20+ times, perhaps she was being stand offish because she wants something more from you then just a routine visit as there appears to be a good connection.
I mean there is no doubt that people have different experiences, rather it was the response on specific comment made by aintright, and not in relation to Chloe.
