Hmmm, random thought, when Quebec separates they won't be part of the interprovincial lottery commission. Wonder if they realize that - no lottery winnings, no share of lottery profits, no equalization payments (from the rest of Canada to Quebec) - - - and - - - best thing ever, NO FRENCH on my cereal box
