I am new to Calgary and have used chat lines in Van with hit and miss success.
What chat lines are popular out here. Live Links does not seem to have many local user

Chat lines are a decent way to find girls some times, but it is ALOT of miss and very few hits. Theres plenty of girls looking to make extra cash on them, but most aren't very attractive, so arrange to meet up in public some where so you can check her out first (also safer) and ditch if you have to.
Grapevine tends to be the most popular, just use the free trial, wouldn't bother to pay for it.
Considering the cost tends to be around 100 for FS, you can afford to miss once in a while.
Make sure in your own voice add you use the words "generous male looking to get together"

That is sound advice for hooking up with anyone from the internet or a chat line in person for the first time.

Doing a first date at a neutral location like a Starbucks or a martini bar is a strict rule I have for meeting chicks online because I want to make sure she's a) not a psycho, b) looks the same or better than her pictures, and c) if any online chemistry translates to interpersonal chemistry. And most women I know feel the same way too, for safety reasons.
