As the title states, who would you see? I appreciate any input from those who have seen both. Do they offer cim and smog? Are there any up sells? Thanks.
Charlie has been hit and miss as of late. Some concern as to her rapid weight and muscle loss . I would put my money on Monique,even though I personally have not had the chance to see her.
