She has been on the board before, though not for quite some time, I recognize all her pics. Not sure if she used the same name. That is all I have, sorry.
I'm pretty sure it's not. Jill's boobs are smaller and she always shows off her ass in her pics.
I was talking to her and she told me that it was her in a wig, and she also has been going by the name Quinn! Also south Pembina incall.
Charlene on EC and Jill on BP are not the same person. I believe Charlene (aka Rene some years ago) has had mixed reviews. Do a search. Here`s an older review:

Sorry my mistake, Jill on BP is advertising as Charlene on BP. The Charlene on EC is a totally different person.
Charlene is an older lady who has been on EC on and off over the years.
She used to be the receptionist at EB/TO.
