Changing names and phone numbers on Leolist

Hello all. Newbie here. I’m interested in an independent that has an ad on Leolist. I noticed that the initial ad she posted is t there, but an ad with the exact same text is there. Is this a warning sign it’s a set up for something nefarious just her guarding her privacy or getting rid of spammers?
Her pics are recently verified and the same woman in both ads.

I have 2 different numbers on different ads/platforms so I can track where inquires are coming from. You can try searching both numbers and see what comes up… or if the provider has an acct her or Twitter, or website… contact directly through one of those avenues to verify.
