I felt pretty sad that the Jacuzzi part of the experience didn't work out, as I'd booked the time, place and room for the tub (and the girl, obviously 😜), but it was out of Celina and Kathleen's control. The water pressure was low and it ran out of hot water long before it was almost filled. Next time I'll ask for it to be filled before I get there so we ensure it's a part of the experience.
