No Show, No Messages, No PMs, No Phone Call... No response AT ALL. Way to loose customers before you even have a chance to meet them.
Quite frankly, I cancellation would have been acceptable. Maybe it wouldn't have made the LG happy, but it is a lot better than simply ignoring your clientele. If you supposedly have that receptionist that you wrote about, even if you can't respond, he/she should. Certainly I will understand if something drastic happened to prevent your appearance, but... it is a business... have SOMEONE contact your clients.
