BEDBUGS!

Just read a comment from someone in a private forum regarding a buddy of his bringing home bedbugs after a visit with a touring SP at a local hotel.

This got me thinking it might be a good idea to remind you guys about this.
Bed bugs have exploded in this town over the past 3 years. What used to be associated with filthy, dirty living conditions has even spilled over to public places where you would not expect to find them. I know someone who brought them home from a movie theatre. An employee of mine told me her friend is certain her kids picked them up at the Millenium Library.

I know we all realize there are some inherent risks to partaking in this hobby but this is another thing to keep in mind while choosing your dates.

Maybe another reason to stick to the higher end ladies who have clean, nice places versus the MOTF (Matress On The Floor) crew on BP or the MP's.

Otherwise as Desi used to say to Lucy, you're gonna "have some splainin' to do."

They can be any where and in high end hotels also ..........make sure to hang your clothes on the hook in the bathroom door, this includes socks under wear also. the bugs stay on the matress for the most part as they feed on the human flesh that lies on the bed. some do stray away from the bed but most of them will stay on the mattress itself. never leave socks, underwear or pants on the carpet!

always do a search if you are going to a hotel. (Winnipeg Hotels with bed bugs) you will be amazed at how many have reported cases. Do this if you are travelling anywhere. We got some when we were in theif river falls at the 7 Clans Casino. Not fun having the whole house fumigated and 4 new beds to buy. pooning budget took a hit that yr!

I always try to hang my clothes up instead of leaving them on the floor. I also give them a good shake (my clothes) before dressing back up.
