Carbon Tax

On the news tonite, the liberals are backing off on corporate pollution and taxing will still taxing the voter with the carbon tax (money grab) because they are scared of offending companies and making them disappear ....(soory its the "if you tax me, I'm shutting down" )

the liberal response should be, "naw you can go to jail for 10 years and share a jail cell with bubba...."... But they can reduce their jailtimes to 5 years as long as they work in a government sponsored brothel....taking it up the ass for 5 years..... for free....

When you burn a hydrocarbon (eg fuel, gas, diesel, natural gas etc), with oxygen, a byproduct is always CO2. CO2 causes climate change due to keeping heat in the atmosphere.

You see companies want to make a profit, but if they put pollution controls on their smokestacks it cost them money.... their profits. The 1% don't want to lose their profits...

When I went to elementary school in the 70s, maybe one kid had asthma. now its 1,2 many.

Clearly this is in part a way of pandering to the Corporate funders who would support a Conservative platform on carbon taxes and credits. It's an attempt to take advantage of the situation before the next federal election.

Liberals may want to take note that voters are taxed out and making the citizens pay more vs the corporations will in my estimation blow up in their faces.

Talking to some Ontario friends it sounds doubtful Liberals will be successful in their Province swinging to the right with Doug Ford. They are liking the cuts made already.
