As it stands, the only ones that come close to what you're looking for would be
Sohee at Foxy
Nova at K604 may fit the bill, along with her pink hair, but i'm not sure about her age range. It's most likely in the mid-thirties but the lighting was just WAY too pink to make out much detail, but damn her skin is FINE!
Gemini at XDS
Definitely Faye at Foxy. She's maybe 25 and way underrated but also tough to see as she only works two days out of the month, every other Thursday (usually).
Maybe Chaya at XDS as well but it's been a while since I've seen her so I don't remember how young or old I thought she was. I do remember her body being similar to Song, also formerly of XDS. I need to see her again.
Francis at Daynight is legit young and has a bangin body. Some say she's more GND, but it's subjective.
Dora at Daynight, definitely has the body you're talking about, but still not "young" like you're talking about, but she fits the part well and has an almost elegant nature to her presentation.
Lovely at Daynight might be a good choice too. Kind of young, great body, especially her ass, and is a pretty girl.
Honourable mention would be Zona at Yumiko, but she's not exactly the spinner type, but damn pretty and a rocking bod.

You can't all have those descriptives in the same girl, as there is one that eludes almost all of them; "young". The ones that most think are mid to late twenties are actually late thirties and even into their forties. FYI.
