Dealerships will clean under the hood if you ask them to. I had a rat die way up near my AC unit and whoa what a stink. The dealer used an engine shampoo and an environmentally friendly cleaner in the AC to get the smell out.
You actually take your car to a dealership...obviously you are far too foolish with your money and thusly should just give it to me to spend on better things.

You are right , Storm rider probably has never had a new car, if he did and read the small print in the warranty , one will find that taking your car to someone other than the brand dealer can make your warranty null and void. So be careful.
You can get your car serviced by any certified garage in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and the warranty will still be valid, regardless of what the dealer may tell you.
I don't know about under the hood, but my car gets washed (exterior) by the dealership after every service.
