Very good question...
Back to their bad habits again..., Selanne goal should not have happened if the D played the body instead of trying to use the stick on the puck...Sel was looking down at the puck and that was the best time to cream the guy so he would not touch the puck when he sees a Nuck around....next time...stupid D...

The last round was our stanley cup. The ducks simply has a better team than ours .....except for the goaltending. Wait till next year we're stuck with Naslund and cant get rid of the guy. Plus we signed Salo for many more years and he constantly get injured. Our system allows us to make the playoffs and maybe win one bloody round.

Players like this make me sick!! As for Naslund ---I hope they get rid of him in the off season. Still some of this old blood haunts us. I'd love to see some of them gone. I've said this all year long. The canucks offense is horrible. With Loungo in net we had better get some good offense in the near future! He's too damn good of a goalie not to have his name on the cup. I sure hope it's with the Canucks otherwise he won't stick around down the road. I'm tired of the them getting out in the 1st or 2nd round only!!
I agree the ducks are a better team..but the Nucks are not physical enough...they really miss Kesler, Cookie, Bieksa, and Salo back in the line up...Green is useless...can't even score with a 2 on 1...what a waste..., he is only good on PK sometimes....
The PP is stupid again...bad passes after bad passes....every one was just passing at the outside parameter...instead of shotting the damn puck for crying out loud...
As I stated last...if Selanne was playing against Scott Stevens with his head down, he would get creamed in seconds...and done in the series.....
Hopefully we haven't seen the Canucks best effort yet. The Ducks clearly seem to be the better team but being a true Canuck, I hope the work ethic we saw during most games shows up and they at least make a series out of Round 2. Naslund , Sedins , actually the whole team needs to shoot more. Injuries are hurting us but good teams fight through them and find a way to win.

What a terrible PP...it was pitiful to see how they executed these PP...having a chance to score, but passed the freakin puck instead of shooting it...
We're not goin to win this series by scoring only 1-2 goals per game. It might have work against the useless stars. Just wished they had more than one day off....cause they look very tired tonight.

The exact same posters last week who counted Vancouver out on this board and then turned around and made it about the refs in Game 7.

I can tear them apart after one game cause they played like shit. I didnt count them out my last post. Christ sake im not the only one who is ripping them. Just turn on the bloody radio and you'll get tons of fans who rip into them. If they get paid millions of $$ they can take some heat for playing shitty.

LOL ya i've posted mostly negative about the canucks. So fuckin what?? As a fan if i dont like what i see i can complain. I wont say Naslund is playing well ....just because im a fan of the team. Im sure the fans from the other teams also complain about their team also.

I agree...., if you get paid big bucks...you should play as a professional...should play with pride and treat every game as the a game seven.
I just don't buy it by saying "it's just 1 game"....etc..., a good team should never let any game slip away like that...the Ds appeared to be confused...two guys went to check on one duck by the blue line and the other D was looking at the puck instead of crushing Selanne...that's why he score that important goal...the Ds should make Selanne's life misable...

DOn't get me wrong here, though...I still believe in them too..just that they need to put out better effort that tonight's performance...it was just poor outing....overall...
