As for Det and Ana, I hope they go Seven and kick the crap out each other, LOL.

Prediction: (an upset): Ducks in 6.

Difference: Hiller will outshine Osgood.

agree with u in wanting the ducks and wings to beat up on each other. but i gotta say osgood will pull it out in 6 for the wings.

i personally think that the red wings will win despite their goaltending. the ducks only really have 4 offensive threats getzlaf, perry, ryan, and maybe pronger. but the red wings have probably one of the best defencemen in the business in lidstrom and i think he can shut down guys. and one strength of the ducks is they can punish teams but detroit seems to be able to rise above that and win. also the red wings are so talented on the offensive end that i think the hiller will finially be really tested

i checked the tsn.ca website and they only listed brent sopel but with the way there defense played i am not sure if thats a bad thing

No offense to the West Coasters, but the Nucks are gonna find out pretty damned quick that the Hawks won't roll over in 4 games.

The only prediction I will make for this series is that the Canucks starting line up for Game one is Johnson, Rypien and Hordichuk up front, Bieksa and Davidson on D. My hope is that Eager, Burrish and Byfuglien line up on the other side and the Canucks set the tone for the series and get some payback from the last time these two teams played.

Of course Davidson won't be there but O'Brien will. And he won't fight.

I agree with this prediction. I think Anaheim has seen as much of the Cinderella story as they are going to this year. I pick the Canucks in 6, but their defense are going to have their hands full with the speedy Hawks offense, so the forwards better do a shit load of back checking or you'll see the Hawks in 5

Assumption correct, because of top place division seeding.

Gotta watch Edler closely this series, I hope he's had time to settle down otherwise the Hawks might be able to completely expose him for being too panicky.
