let's all face it - Stanley Cup champions can't play like that...

sure you can lose some games, but to completely fall apart like they did tonight is not championship material - shame, shame, shame...

all season long the canucks did very very well by playing schneider every few games to give luongo some mental health time - so what do they do for the post season? play luongo until he falls apart - shame, shame, shame...

yes, for sure letting a series go on to maximize gate receipts happens all the time, but jesus, at least make your 'losses' realistic looking!

canucks are going to have to pick it up a whole lot, or it'll be the golf course again for sure

Dude - it was only his FOURTH game post season. if he can't handle that workload he better start giving back some of the TEN MILLION he earns.

Fuck seriously whatever.. Handshakes will be on Thursday at Rogers arena at 10:00pm. Too many chicken little types in this city..
i'm looking beyond thursday night and even this series to the future rounds - they just can't play the way they did last night and expect to go the distance

Its one fucking game. Get over it guys and get ready for a good party tomorrow night. Frankly I would rather they win it at home in front of the loyal fans who have been forking shit loads of money to watch them!

I think people are overly concerned not by the loss, but by the score, and thats silly.
They fought back once, down 1-0. When the Hawks got the 2 quick ones in the second, game was over.
Scoring after that just reflects the team was completely done with game 4.

I think they have a strong bounce back game, they usually do this year after bad games.

Plus Seabrook is still out I assume?

I'm starting to wonder if they threw that game to win in front of a home town crowd.
Too many mistakes were being made by most of the players, too uncharacteristic.

I was listening to the sportshow on the drive home.
One of the callers suggested.....that ownership of the team, asked the players to throw the game.
For the extra home game gate!
They laughed him off.

Meh, better to lose a game by a blow out than to lose a heartbreaker in overtime.Seen it many times before where a team lights it up in 1 game, then can't buy a goal the next game.Geez, has VC ever actually watched hockey before, or did he just jump on the band wagon?

When someone whispers in Av's and Gillis ear that having another game in Vancouver equals 100 million dollars for the economy of British Columbia and State of Illinois.
I think he would have to listen.
pretty obvious really...

You guys are too much.

I get pilloried for daring to say the Canucks are beatable, and now you tell me games are thrown?

Why watch if the games are fixed? Have any of you brought this fraud to the attention of the league or regulatory agencies?
Do people betting on games know the games are as legitimate as pro wrestling?

And who knew each game brought in $100 million dollars to the economy. Why does BC have a deficit?

The Canucks had a few pathetic outings during the season which mirrored the loss on Tuesday. After a successful run they have one or two games max where they let up. My guess is you'll see a completely different team tonight. Tonight you'll see their ' A ' game again.
